When your products are sold or distributed through external parties, you do not have the end users listed as customers. These end users are the ones that use the warranty and service request program. Quite often these repairs are done under warranty and do not require an invoice. A simpler way for managing this is needed. Something similar to the following:

Ability to create a new type of BP called end user (minimal data required)
End users require a link to the original customer (distributor)
Modification of the Service request (CRM) to allow request to be created for end users (not just customers)
Creation of an RMA from a service request (products often must be sent to repair center)
