We already pay so much for an ERP program, CRM should be included for it to really be a comprehensive program. The current CRM module is severely insufficient, and one must purchase Sage CRM for true CRM features. Please just make it part of X3. Offline use for salespeople would also be extremely beneficial. We have people on the road all the time and don't usually have internet access, but still need a way to enter appointments, notes, etc. Then just have it sync when they have an internet connection again.
