In addition to the commissions calculations and rules needing more flexibility, a more integrated use of commissions is required (from sales to invoices to GL to AP to payments...).

Plateau rates based on periodicity, use of an actual rate rather than a commission factor on the price list, commissions calculated vs commissions due, Due commissions at invoice or payment parameter, etc.

This was a requirement which resulted from our Tangerine Software Customer Day Round Table Discussions with our Customers.
