In purchasing, you can have multiple Price Structures, and attach them to the suppliers.
In sales, the concept also applies but at the site level. In many companies, they have so many discount programs (that go to different accounts or that need to be defferentiated for analysis purposes), that they require more than 9, although rarely for one customer at a time.
It would therefore be relevant to either enable more that 9 elements on the Price Structure, and enable definition of the structure at the Customer (maybe even Ship-to) level.
This was a requirement which resulted from our Tangerine Software Customer Day Round Table Discussions with our Customers.
