When running a multi-plant environment, where sub-assemblies are prduced i na different site than the finished goods, the cost calculation process is quite arduous. You must calculate costs in the subassembly site, then copy it to the finished goods site, then roll up again. If you have more than one level or product, it becomes quite difficult

It is requested that a function enables the user to parametise the calculation so that the roll-up of costs goes across sites.

This was a requirement which resulted from our Tangerine Software Customer Day Round Table Discussions with our Customers.
