There is very little documentation and other tools to guide the customers in maintaining their database, for example a guide as to when and how they should clear their logs, do housekeeping, etc.
Some of these should be delivered by Sage, in particular when pertaining specifically to X3 functions. These could be published as on-line help, how-to guides, visual processes, workflow notifications, etc.
This was a requirement which resulted from our Tangerine Software Customer Day Round Table Discussions with our Customers.
