An audit file of changes made to source code, including crystal reports should be available

In addition, a more robust change control/audit log of changes made to the screens and tables would be helpful. At present if the user tags the field change with an activity code you can run an activity code search to identify the updates, but it would be really helpful if that search would tell you who made the change and the data of the change that would be even better.
