It sometimes happens that a user is kicked out of a session abnormally. These lost sessions remain on the user count and therefore must be removed manually.

It would be an improvement if there could be a time-out on these sessions, so that user count maintenance could be reduced...

This was a requirement which resulted from our Tangerine Software Customer Day Round Table Discussions with our Customers.
