Allow Stock Label printing from ADC Production Reporting VXAPT

It's hard to imagine a complete ADC implementation that does not allow for handhelds to be used during every step of the process. In many environments, production management is the process that benefits the most from the use of ADC. Allowing labels to be printed from the PO Receipt screen, but not from the Production Receipt screen is not only strange, but it diminishes the value of the entire ADC module.
