Having just attended the developer class for X3, myself and others in the class learned that the same range numbers for creating new modification in X3 are shared by all X3 developers. As we pointed out in class this runs the risk of 3rd party developers over writing each other if both are writing modifications for a customer.

Suggest that defined ranges be assigned to 3rd party developers in the same manner as they are done for Sage 500 ERP to avoid any situations where 3rd party developers are using the same numbers.
