Forms print address in Non-NA standard format
Steps to duplicate:
1. Print the following forms using the standard form: Sales Invoice, a Purchase Order, a Sales Picking Ticket and a Sales Packing Slip
2. Notice the United States addresses print with the ZIP CODE first, then the CITY and on the next line the STATE. This is not typical of US Addresses.
3. Also notice if the 2nd address line is blank, a blank line will print between the street and zip/city/state which is "not typical".

Expected Results:
Expect the address to be formatted BY DEFAULT in the standard US postal format without customization. And, if address line 2 is blank, the blank line not be printed.

Reason:
A customization to the address format is required for ALL US customers which is an added cost. Mis-formatted addresses can cause delays in mail delivery or returned to sender by some postal offices.
