In Setup>Workflow rules>Messages we would like to use HTML to improve the formatting of the email messages. They are all basic text format and very ugly

This is very restrictive in outputting a suitable and professional file format

• I agree if you could dress up the workflows with company logos, fonts, colors, etc invoices, acknowledgements, PO's could be sent out just as an email without having to do any attachments.
