Currently when releasing sales orders from "Credit" or "Manual" order holds the user must go into GESSOH and release each order individually. It would be nice if there was a "workbench" where a user could pull up all the sales orders that are currently on hold (whether it be manual or credit) and then "check off" those sales orders that should be released. We'd probably want a customer filter that we could set when generating the workbench. The orders should also be grouped by customer. The users would also like it if there was a "release all" option that would be run on a customer-by-customer basis in the workbench. The workbench should also reflect the credit line and current credit extended for each customer which would help the financial manager determine which orders should be released.

I agree. I have had clients ask for this or something similar.
Totally agree - the credit release function in X3 is very cumbersome. Our old ERP system had a central workbench and it was much easier to manage. However, in our case we do not approve the entire order but only the shipment lines that are scheduled to be released.
