The x3 workflows (GESAWA) are very useful for distributing business forms that are developed in Crystal Reports when the user is invoking a print on a one off basis. An excellent example of this is that we've designed models for clients where they setup a default contact on their supplier file for a function type of "Sales Manager", then through a little setup on the workflow (GESAWA) when the user issues a new PO for that supplier through GESPOH, they can automatically email the supplier with an attached pdf of the PO.

To take this one step further it would be excellent if the workflow allowed for the distribution of the PO's in a "batch mode". I.e. you could setup a nightly recurring batch to Print the BONCDE2 that would perform the email distribution for all the PO's generated during the day. The problem that we currently encounter is that when you run the print job it groups all the PO's into one pdf. In order for it to work properly it would need to break between each PO. Obviously this application could extend to the distribution of delivery forms, invoices, sales quotes, acknowledgements, etc.
