One of the major metrics any sales, purchasing and production manager looks to is how well are they delivering versus what was promised. It would be nice if x3 came equipped with some out of the box crystal reports and/or inquiries that would track sales order delivery performance versus promised ship date, purchase order receipts vs expected receipt date on the PO and on the manufacturing side tracking completed work order performance versus forecast work order end date.
