It should be an easy exercise for an end user/ customer system admin to setup a crystal report to be emailed out to a distribution of users on a schedule. Currently this can be accomplished by using a conjunction of recurring tasks, email printer destinations and workflow rules. This setup can be complicated and it is difficult to train.

There should be the capability (maybe on the report dictionary) to easily with a couple clicks specify the users/emails and schedule of email distribution for a report.

In my experience, I would say the majority of managers simply want their reports sent to them attached in an email in pdf or Excel format. Most managers don't have the time to go into the system to print things out or they get confused and frustrated with trying to remember how they need to setup the report parameters. If x3 can provide a solution that they can easily setup a recurring report email I think they would use the data more because it is easily accessible and fresh. When they have to go pull the data themselves every time they want it I would say the average person will do so substantially less.
