It is common in the chemical processing industry that an organization will have their own technical sheets against which they evaluate the QC status on the lots that are manufactured. In addition, they may have customers with their own QC standards that require its own technical sheet.

It would be helpful if on the Customers tab of the part master if you could define a technical sheet at this level. Then if a back-to-back work order was created against a sales order for a particular customer, x3 could look to see if there was a customer specific technical sheet and use that otherwise it would refer to the technical sheet set on the Management tab of the Product Site record.

***Note: x3 has a similar capability on the purchasing-side. For your raw materials you can specify a supplier specific quality record (technical sheet) on the Suppliers tab of the part master.
