When a customer return is initially created the return date in the header and the line gets set to today's date. When the goods are subsequently received into the warehouse, it would be nice if the system prompted the user to update the return date on the line to the actual date the cargo was brought into stock (this could be trigger by the event when the user updates the actual return quantity field). Updating this return date on the line is something that can easily be overlooked and results in problems because the goods get put back into stock on the incorrect day (i.e. the date the RMA was issued).
