There are situations where someone returns an idea and maybe we just need to clean it and send it back. It would be nice to be able to change the cost to 0.00 or have a field that you can select N for no cost or something. When the item goes back out, it would be shipped with no cost.

GAAP would be to provide a credit on return and re-invoice when you ship it back. If you are not publicly traded you may have more flexibility with that.
