On the workflow signature screen, when user reject the PR or PO and want to enter the reject’s
reason, the system provide me only pre-defined reason from miscellaneous table “56”only but
user (approval person) want to input more information (text field beside reject reason list)
and also want this field to be sent via email message to requester, to let them know the reason
why their PR or PO had been rejected.
