Implement creating finance charge invoices using Customer Maintenance setup, so they can be created monthly with a click of a button. Settlement Discount is not a solution that is acceptable by any of our clients.
Also, an inquiry that is exported into excel and then imported back to the EM is not a solution that can be performed by a data entry user.
