Allow the columns in the takeoff window to be re-positioned.

The takeoff window shows items being added to the estimate on the bottom. Certain WBS fields are repetitive and can be easily set in the Item Takeoff Settings dialog box. They remain and are useful for an extended session of the takeoff. Secondary WBS fields, however, often change from item to item and work well to be entered during takeoff in the columns to the right of the quantity column. Frequently there are several unused WBS columns between the repetitively used WBS fields and the WBS fields that change regularly. An example would be a location, wing or area of a project versus room numbers. One group will be used for a hundred items and another may change every time. Shrinking columns is time consuming. It would be an improvement to allow the takeoff window columns to be dragged and dropped just like the columns in the spreadsheet. Sage allows these to be moved very quick and easily.
