Allow the status bar to be formatted.

Currently the status bar on bottom of the spreadsheet view has an option to show or hide the grand total. I would like to suggest allowing the user to have the same choice with the unit cost. Also, allow the user to format fields in the status bar. Include options for the number of decimals and currency sign, if used. As an example I would like to change “Grand Total: 1,952,573.73 | 265.404/SF” to “Grand Total: $1,952,574 | $265/SF”. I believe most estimators prefer to drop the decimals with larger numbers.
