A few versions ago, there was the ability in the management Console to select a locked estimate and "Make Available". For some reason this functionality was removed, with no process to replace it. Locked estimates a regular occurrence, for a number of different reasons, and there needs to be a way to easily let people in to do their work again.

Neither the on-line KB or phone support have been able to provide any information on how to accomplish this task to date.
