Please change it back so that employees are NOT removed from database when they are attached to job cost records and the remove feature was requested. This is a huge problem for job cost reporting. I know this is how it worked decades ago but there was a reason you changed it to check for those connections and not remove them.

  • Perhaps you could add a new option to not remove employees if they are referenced in job costs so that users can decide if they need those names for those reports.
