Most major card brands (i.e. MasterCard and Visa) will require merchants that use payment applications to be PCI certified by July 1, 2010.
The credit card module in MAS 90 will have to be PA-DSS certified (Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS)) PA-DSS is a worldwide information security standard set by the Payment Card Industry (PCI). It is created to help organizations prevent credit card fraud through increased controls around data. For software developers and integrators of payment applications that store, process or transmit cardholder data as part of authorization or settlement when these applications are sold, distributed or licensed to third parties.

Has MAS90's software passed the PA-DSS certification yet? Why is this still at the PLANNED stage?
This should have already been passed and has been part of the sales cycle language since 2010.
