The current integration with SageCRM only supports the use of 1 company in MAS ERP. You should be able to use 1 single CRM system mapped to multiple company entities in your MAS ERP system

  • The current requirement of a separate CRM database for each MAS company code makes this approach expensive and impractical for most users who have multiple MAS company codes as they have to purchase multiple servers, one for each CRM database.

  • We have developed a link between SalesLogix and MAS90/200 that not only handle s multiple MAS company codes (in ONE SalesLogix db).. but can also map multiple customer/vendor records to a Single SalesLogix Account.

  • We are a MAS200 user considering EES for the SAGE CRM interface. We also have several customers with multiple billing address customer accounts. In some cases it would be useful to have the ability to map multiple customer/vendor records to a single SAGE CRM account, similar to RJ L.'s comment regarding SalesLogix.
