Allows a business to ship completed orders to customers. The warehouse is made aware of the backordered item and quantity, then pick items from the receiving area that are not yet entered into the system or put away in bins.

  • We had this ability in 4.1. It seems like a simple functionality to return to us. Add the qty on B/O to the crystal worksheet and let us use or not use it as desired.

  • I agree that even though I put a fix onto one customer's system that needed this functionality, this should be available as an option such that users can modify the Crystal Report themselves to get this.

    Speed the process of identifying items that are on backorder when inventory is received, and increase customer satisfaction by increasing your customer Order Ship Complete percentage. When using this new option, your customers will be able to see the total quantities that they ordered, even if the entire amount of a particular item is on backorder.
