In v4.3, the paperless office for General Journal updates now creates a separate PDF for every single journal entrry. So if you post 10 JE's and update, you get 10 individual PDF files. In the v4.2 extended solution, you only generated ONE pdf with 10 entries. If you preview the JE's in v4.3, you will preview all 10 je's at once and if you print from the preview, you will get multiple JE's on a single page. However, if you print the je, therby triggering the PDF, you get 10 separate files.

  • In 4.40, it would also be nice to have the ability to associate separate PDF files for each PDF file that gets created. Right now, if you print multiple JEs at the same time, you can only associate 1 file with all of the entries.

  • The General Journal now creates separate individual PDF files when updating multiple entries. When I make multiple journal entries, I want them all to be combined in a single PDF file and not separated out. This way, all entries are printed together and not on separate pages. Thanks!

  • Yes, please add this ability to Mas90. We make multiple GL entries at one time and it's a huge time waste to have to sit and wait for 20 or more PDF's to pop up one at a time and then you have to wait & close them one at a time.

  • We do not care for all of the separate documents created for multiple journal entries. Please add a setting that allows us to choose to have them combined into a single pdf

  • I'm now in the process of importing a few months of GL transaction data from a legacy system (Sage 50) into Sage 100 and I have to babysit this when I post each month because I need the journals for record keeping purposes and if I let paperless office just keep creating PDFs it reaches a point where I get a popup message saying it can't create any more PDFs. Printing multiple journals on the same document would be a big help.
