This suggestion applies to FORMS as well as REPORTS.
I would prefer just user because we all might use same form but have different quantity and printer selections

They need to bring back workstation settings again, which is the way it was in 3.71, now everything is form based. This creates a huge problem for us since we had 1 sales order form, but have many network printers that multiple people have access to. We are constantly having to pay attention to the printer field to make sure we don't print to the wrong printer. There answer to me is to create multiple forms for each user, but I find that unacceptable. Instead of just taking away the old workstation based settings and moving to form based settings, they should have added the choice of using workstation or form based.
If there is a way to make it optional would be great. In certain modules and programs it is probably more critical that the printing can be controlled by user. Either way, the setting being based on User seems to be the first choice by my clients. Leaving it as optional wouldn't put newer MAS users into a tail spin by losing the functions and setup based on what they are used to.
I think this should be expanded to include custom Crystal Reports, not just MAS forms and reports. In earlier versions, the custom Crystal report would remember the last printer used for that user. Now in v4.4, the default windows printer is used in all cases. Clients have reports that print to printers other than their default windows one and they CONSTANTLY have to switch printers................
Target release is MAS 90 and 200 version 4.4 Product Update 6. The proposed functionality would be to return the last printer used by Form Code + WorkstationName for all Form & Reports, not just STANDARD.
