Sage has said SData is "the" new way to be doing integration (see http://sdata.sage.com) with Sage as well as 3rd party products.
Crate an update to MAS90/200 (before the 4.5 release) so that we can take advantage of this new capability.
FYI: Sage SalesLogix already has implemented this and released it (it's in 7.5.2). Also, SalesLogix Mobile (already) uses this as part of their "subscription" service.

Just an added comment - I've heard that the idea of SData is not even on the roadmap for MAS90/200.
This is SHAMEFUL since SData is being promoted by SAGE as THE way to go for integration.
Would someone from MAS90/200 Product Management please make an official statement as to if I am right or wrong on this matter? .. and if right, pleas justify as to why MAS90/200 is not going to do this.. and if wrong as to when it will be delivered?
I am also VERY interested in Sage's position for Sdata for MAS90 / 200. This does look like THE way to go. What's the story?
Understanding that SDATA makes sense from a partner and customer perspective for product integration we are currently exploring ways that will allow us to get to SDATA with Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 as soon as possible. However, competing priorities that are driven by direct customer feedback in this forum and through other methods have consumed all of our available resources for the near term.
UPDATE!! PLEASE NOTE - This information is outdated! SDATA is no longer the product integration path of choice. Newer technologies are now available. Our current recommendation is to use Business Interface Objects (available through the Custom Office toolset) for the majority of integrations. Files have been updated to a standardized format that simplifies mapping capabilities. The tool set includes scripting, user-defined fields and tables, and the ability to schedule updates, if required.
