This report is massive for some companies and if there is no variance for an item there is really no reason to have the line print.

I would think this is something you could change in Crystal Reports using version 4.40.
Currently on 4.20. But it would be convenient to have the option to not print zero quantities - as on other inventory reports.
You have to run the Variance Report to update the changes - so why not have this report run without zero quantities rather than create an additional Crystal report and then have to print both reports.
It is not a Crystal Report in 4.40. I've had to write one for a client that excludes any items without variances.
We had our reseller modify ours, went from 750 pages to 30.
