Currently, forms and reports in Business Framework modules (such as Sales Order) print to PDF in black and white.
This feature would allow companies to use color schemes and logos on PDF files, and would be consistent throughout Sage MAS 90 and 200.

Comments

  • Agreed. We spend so much time making our customers invoices and sales order look good with color logos and test. It would be great that they could email them that way.

  • We use Paperless and have color on Sales Order Invoices and it will create the PDF correctly with color. Running MAS 200 v4.3.0.12

  • PDFs generate in color for me as well.

  • This seems to happen on converted forms from previous versions. If you recreate the form in the version being used, I have found this to no longer be a problem.

  • MAS 90 v 4.40.0.1 - color logos are printing in B/W both on converted forms and newly created ones. Creates a very unprofessional look.

  • If you print directly to a PDF printer it will be in color but if you use the paperless functionality embedded within MAS, the automatic email function sends the PDF's only in black and white.

  • This is planned for the 4.5 release.

  • Added in Sage ERP MAS 90 and 200 version 4.5.

  • Testing showed that the PO Preprinted form would not PDF in color. Then the black and white PDF is emailed to the clients. Then Plain and Marbled form types do PDF in color and email a PDF that will print in color. WE are loking into a fix and will release in the June PU.
