I think Mas 90 should be designed that a check being voided would be recalled exactly how it went into data entry. Reversing the check manually can cause errors and can have the w-2 calculated incorrectly.

Abra payroll software has this feature.
That's great Abra payroll has that feature but I know for us, we are not in a position to buy Abra. AP has this feature when voiding a check, doesn't seem like it should be a difficult thing to do for PR as well.
A much needed feature!
There definitely needs to be some sort of void utility in payroll. I think this is a great idea.
Good enhancement. Problem is the the Reversal would have to use either the P/R Check History PR5 file or Perpetual History PR_22/PR_23 and both files combine Other Taxs or Other Dedections in a single field. So it is currently not possible to Reverse Checks from History until the Data Files are modified.
I would like to vote for this one 10 times. Voiding one payroll check takes longer than running an entire payroll.
