#1 pet peeve for doing my commissions! Set commission by customer not the salesperson.
Agreed! Need to have the option per customer instead of having adjust commission reports or trying to remember to change the commission amount on the total tab of sales order. Would make life a little easier.
Planned for MAS 90 and 200 version 4.5.
I have wanted this options for years. Our reps get different commission rates for different customers, so the rate by salesperson must default to zero (0). This then requires our Customer Service department to determine what the rate is and enter it for every single order. This extra step can lead to incorrect rates and omissions.
