The ability to inactivate customers and vendors would be great. Then they will be able to have there information and history stored, but will not show up on reports.

• This is a frequent question from users -- how can we inactivate customers, vendors, inventory items? People want to make them unusable not just give a warning message.

• Our Clients have the same question as Wayne's. I know this can probably be done with scripting but should just be part of the product.

• Probably a good idea to only allow inactivation of customers and vendors for which any outstanding balances have been paid off or adjusted off. Otherwise, not showing up on reports such as the Aged Invoice Report or Trial Balance Report would cause some issues.
