Add SO-1099 & SO-1023 to future Product Updates

What are they? They don't ring a bell and I am too lazy to go out to the web site and look them up!
With over 40,000 SKUs, SO-1099 is mission critical for us. It is the only way we have found to easily ship out our parts. We cannot upgrade to 4.4 until SO-1099 is available. In fact, the annual maintenance fee we have to pay is a waste of money, because we cannot upgrade!
