If I enter more than 7 letters, it will not allow it...you actually have to count the letters as you put them in so you do not go over the limit...a real time waster....MAS90 should be able to automatically cut it off at 7, disregarding any additional letters provided.

I would vote for this but I do not understand the issue. Where are you entering more than seven characters?

You are entering it in accounts receivable, cash receipts entry, create a batch, then enter customer name...constantly get a message that the customer name is more than 7 letters so I have to go back and count them as I put them in
