Need to see how many pieces have been already invoiced during data entry in P.O. module, "Receipt of Invoice", third tab page. Our current version shows 'Qty Ordered', 'Qty Received', but needs to indicate "Qty Invoiced" from previous transactions so that I know if the quantity not-yet-invoiced matches the vendor's current invoice.

  • I agree with Dawn. In v4.4, you can add the invoiced/received fields to ROG/ROI. EXTREMELY helpful to a person posting new receipts. This is almost worth the cost of upgrading.

  • Note that Dawn said "better" visibility. The information is available prior to v4.4. It shows in the status bar at the bottom of the screen when your cursor in is the "invoiced" field for a line item.
