It would be great if there were more merge field options in Paperless Office. Our customers don't care what their SO # is. They track orders by their PO #.

PO# is an additional field that would be very useful.

  • Merge fields/paperless office/purchase order #'s??? You may want to clarify this post. Haven't got a clue what is being suggested.

  • Thomas -- He wants to be able to include the customer's PO # in the message that is automatically generated and sent with invoices & orders. And I agree. "Ship Date" is another field that I would like to be available.

  • This would be very helpful to have more fields available. Why be selective? Why not allow to add any linked field you want or other tables linked? Open it up.

  • Paperless office SO module is essentially useless to customers if we cannot show customer reference information (PO#/RFQ#). Need to have available the option for customer reference info.

  • This is really necessary. we have customers emailing multiple times a day because they can't search these incoming invoices.
