It would be great if there were more merge field options in Paperless Office. Our customers don't care what their SO # is. They track orders by their PO #.
PO# is an additional field that would be very useful.

Merge fields/paperless office/purchase order #'s??? You may want to clarify this post. Haven't got a clue what is being suggested.

Ahh... That makes more sense now.
This would be very helpful to have more fields available. Why be selective? Why not allow to add any linked field you want or other tables linked? Open it up.

I would love to be able to add my division name. I agree with Todd, no reason to limit.

Paperless office SO module is essentially useless to customers if we cannot show customer reference information (PO#/RFQ#). Need to have available the option for customer reference info.
This is really necessary. we have customers emailing multiple times a day because they can't search these incoming invoices.
Agreed. Add PO as an option in the subject line.
