This is actually in the data base and if you wanted this idea you would told to click on the Engineering link above. However, there was no link. My biggest frustration is not being able to change or add to the design of the web pages.

You can use any HTML editor to edit the templates that rendor your eBM web pages. You should be able to find some information on how to do this in help. In addition, I have put together overviews of how to do this in the past and provided it to customer support. I also know documentation had put together sample screen shots of all of the templates resolved. I would recommned getting in touch with customer support either through the support link on this web site or by calling the support line and requesting soft copies of this documentation.
The short answer -- All you need is a standard HTML text editor, knowledge of what the PVX tokens look like, a little bit of patience and wisdom to be sure to make a backup of your working template (and store it somewhere that you can't indadvertently write over it) before you start making changes.
