The program allows you to switch an employee from active to inactive status....however if terminated was chosen incorrectly, there was no opportunity to change it back...does this still stand?

It can be changed in 4.4. What version were you refering to?
Thanks, John....we have upgraded to 4.4...no more accidentally terminating an employee through the scroll down bar with no recourse.
