I would like to see a "benefits eligibilty date" field added to the employee maintenance screen so PTO, Sick Pay, etc. can reference that date instead of the hire date. This will allow a company to retain the original hire date as the hire date for an employee that started part time but ultimately changes to full time a few years later and still have their PTO benefits begin and adjust yearly based upon the company policies and the new "benefits eligibility date".
