When you attempt to reuse a Purchase Order that has dropped off during Period End processing, you get a warning that it's a duplicate. The SECOND time, you get a warning that it's cancelled. That's not accurate. What's more, there should be a setting that prevents a user from being able to reuse a PO number, something they could not do in older versions.
