If you check the Manual Tax button in Payroll Data Entry, the Cancel button dissappears; this means you are not allowed to exit any screen unless you select Accept the changes - if you try to use the "X" you are given the option to Save Changes or Cancel - this cancel simply takes you back to the entry screen - at the entry screen, you are forced to choose Accept in order to leave the screen. This is very dangerous. There are many times when I want to use cancel because I don't want to keep the various changes I may have made to a screen. I was told this is removed because the manual tax assumes we know exactly what needs to be done - this doesn't make any sense to me. The ability to cancel an entry should always be available.
