Alias look up - Find a part number based soley on the alias.

If a customer calls me and only knows their alias, but not my company's part number then I have no way of looking it up except going one by one through their invoice history. This is really inefficient. Does MAS have an alias lookup where you don’t have to know the MAS part number it is assigned to in order to view the alias? This is needed.

  • It's built in, but through the A/R: Customer Inquiry/Items. It'd be nice to have it through MRP so you don't have to flip through different screens to make a promise to a customer (or chew out a vendor).
