When a vendor changes prices and there are many outstanding purchase orders with several lines on each order, it would be nice to have a way to easily update all of the line items on an order. Currently I must go into the PO, access the line item and change the quantity ordered to get the system to read the new item cost. Then I need to change the quantity back. This is tedious when there are hundreds of items on a PO.

• Absolutely!!! The Sales Order Entry module has a Recalculate Price button. If a recalculate button could be added to the Purchase Order Entry module, it would save a lot of time and reduce key punch errors.
