I have ver 4.40 and the "so called report progam" is very limited in the data I am allowed to use as far as the payroll is concerned. The old report master worked great for the quickie reports I needed. This is just an excuse by the folks at Best to become more greedy in forcing the Crystal Reports on clients. I have been with Mas90 since it was first introduced back in the 80's and in my opinion, you folks are going backwards!

Bring Report Master Back Please
FYI - Best doesnt own Crystal Reports; it is in fact included with the mas purchase. once learned it is an extremely powerful tool. It will run circles around report master!
I would never vote to get Report Master back. It's so limited compared to Crystal Reports.
If "quickie" (ad hoc) reports are what you are looking for, I would suggest you look at Excel queries. I too was once a report master fan until I unleashed the power of Excel Queries! If you are looking for a report that is generated frequently by other users, then consider learning Crystal. If you want a "quickie", Excel kicks major butt.
Sometimes even a custom lookup can be a quick report, either exported or printed.
