Sage 100: Allow a flag where the Ship To will also be the Bill To Address in SO Entry & SO Invoice Entry.

Quite often the customer wants the bill to be sent where the items are shipped.
Create a flag in the Ship To Maintenance, if checked then that address will populate both the Ship To and Bill To address fields. Resolution ID 517832 addressed this but looks like it did not go any further.

There already is a button to copy the ship to, to the bill to.

We need a setup option in Bill To/Ship To settings to use the paperless options from the Bill To account. The system only sends to the paperless settings in the Ship To account
