Harlow HRK is the customer. They freeze the inventory count multiple times as part of the process. They ARE VERY UPSET with this change. They are requesting a time for fixing this.

  • I have to agree with Thomas. If you can detail what changed and how it affects your customer, the chance of getting support from other resellers and users is much better.
